      North ******************************* was a mover hired by broker *************** Grp for my ****** to ********* move. Violated contract by not arriving on stated pick up date of 7/6 or in quoted pick up window of 7/6-7/8/22. Inflated original cost quote of move from ******* to over ********* for less than **** cu ft. Most furnishings were sold prior to pick up. All remaining items were professionally packed, wrapped, padded and stored before movers arrived for pick up.Held items hostage for 29 days until I was forced to sign illegible bill of lading with outrageous price change and date changes. It is my understanding that anything over 21 days is considered illegal.Multiple items were damaged with North Side refusing to accept responsibility stating they did not know the original condition of items since someone else packed and wrapped.My worst moving experience ever. What a nightmare.It is beyond my comprehension that this seems to occur frequently and the movers or brokers are never held accountable. I would leave less than a 0 star if it was an option. Please help to remove them from business so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
