    Avoid this company!! First, he used the worst cabinet company EVER! EVERY single cabinet, moulding, etc...was damaged. What started as a 6-8 week turnaround, turned into over 13 weeks. Second, he will not resolve any issues that you have. What was suppose to take 2-3 weeks for replacement never happened. I took him to court 6 weeks later still never seeing my replacement cabinets. He will ignore you, blow you off, make up excuses. I ultimately had to take him to court to get my money back, which I did. Avoid the headache. Lowes offered me better quality with lifetime warranty at a better price, they kept me updated every step of the way and had my cabinets delivered in 6 weeks!!!

    I do apologize for the way this situation ended. I have been in the kitchen business for over 20- years selling beautiful kitchens, not issues or problems.Unfortunately there were manufacturing and delivery damage issues with your order. The companys rep. did visit you and went over replacements they were providing to you. These are made to order cabinets and do take time to be manufactured & delivered. When I did receive the replacements you, however, filed in court, not even giving the manufacturer the opportunity to correct anything. With this court filing it tied my hands from doing anything further until our court appearance. Having had many conversations with my attorney, the manufacturers rep. and the manufacturer the manufacturer decided that anything they would be able to do would not please you so they chose to refund your money - a 1st in my all my years in business and a 1st for theirs as well. I also gave you additional money to satisfy you, further supporting the type of business man I am in seeing that my customers are ******************* do over 200 kitchens a year with no advertising I do not even have a website all my business comes from repeat customers and the many referrals from my very happy customers. I do feel awful that you had to go through this but am happy you were able to get the new kitchen you deserved.
