    JP Management purchased my building and within a period of 3 yrs, 90% of tenants that have lived there for decades have since vacated. Everyone has said that JP Management is a slum lord and I'd have to agree. They hired unlicensed contractors to convert an office into an apartment (and did so without a permit). They kept setting off the fire alarm, had bags hanging from the ceiling to cover the fire sprinklers and then hired unlicensed workers to fix a leak on the roof on a Sunday. Unscrupulous money hungry business that cares nothing about your safety (there have been physical assaults, thefts etc.) and won't ever acknowledge it should you complain. Not one positive thing to be said about them.

    Mangement is bias and racist, they dont keep up with maintenance and plays favoritism with a particular culture ***** culture. They are very sneaky and do things underhanded to get you wrongfully evicted, they dont investigate situations just take things by word of mouth from other lying tenants. I use to live at ****************************************************** where I was constantly harassed by tenants living under me in apt 5 calling police on me for no reason and when i told Mangement they believed I was problematic.but the people under me were the issue. But refused to believe me and take their side because of their culture favoritism!!!..,,,if youre African American I strongly suggest you do not rent from JP management they like your green money but not your brown skin!!! The company is horrible and would not ever recommend.
