  ** procrastinated from start told me hed read through my file & familiarize himself with my case by the end of Easter weekend.On that Monday I called ******** told me I need more time, give me until Wednesday when Wednesday arrived he said I need another day or two I called in two days after not hearing from ********d say I need the weekend He REPEATEDLY did this from 4/05/23 until 4/24/23 when he then called to tell me that he could not open attached *** files within my emails Is he kidding? Nope he was serious. I sent him 397 emails that mind you, he told me to hire an IT guy to place them all on a USB drive. He specifically said to me do not forward your emails to me this took 12 days but I did it! Now after being in possession emails for 20 days he now says I can not open some of the ***s Did he supply notes as to the ***s that he could not open? NO! so now I had to look over 397 emails & print out ALL the *** attachments. Once these ***s were printed I was told to bring them in, that hed review in the office & then hed file within the Court. My task was completed in 3 days as I waited for him to call me on a Monday (after his Trial) to come into his office as planned. He NEVER called! I called him next day (Tuesday) he them told me that I was supposed to get him the printed out files over the weekend. I can assure this was never discussed! He told me hed be preparing for Trial over the weekend and to wait for his phone call AFTER his Trial was over to come into his office. I finally got tired of his attitude & the run around and I drove to his office with ALL files along with a letter of: Termination of ***** services just in case he was not compliant in our meeting. I had to wait for him in his parking lot & although I stated ** be waiting in his parking lot he never sent me a text nor phone call letting me know he arrived. He saw files & told me Im not taking all of them today it will be weeks to read. I handed him his termination
