    I CALLED TO PAY MY BILL AND *************************** UP THE ***** ON ME. THEY HAVE RECORDED CALLS. PLEASE CHECK THE ***** CALL RECORDING. I USUALLY SPEAK TO *** WHO IS VERY HELPFUL. SHE WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE. ********* NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I DID NOTHING WRONG.

    ****! Karma is all I have to say. You are rude and cut off the client when trying to speak. Its funny how my insurance confirmed all was paid you guys no longer wanted to answer. Hanging up and laughing. Pure laziness girllllll get a new job. After Im finished with a complaint you will probably have to. Even insurance agent was appalled at your behavior. She told it seems like a scam.
