The association has unethical policies against tenants who have children that live in their condominiums. The association enforces fines on tenants based on the words only of another tenants without any investigations, observations, and or legit proof of evidence that backs up a complaint. The association personnel is never on site even though they have an office on the premises of the complex. The association provides on the door of the office a sign that reads in all capital letters as follows; OFFICE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL. The contact information is provided however they fail to respond to either contact information provided. The association has not responded to my email which was a response to a complaints that was made by my neighbor with false accusations against us. The accusations were false not proven, yet the association assessed fines on our monthly rent based on their complaint only. We have a 2 year old with a disability and the association accept complaints from these same two ladies that the little feet of our 2 year old disturbs them all day into the am hours. Our entire unit is carpeted with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom yet the association has accepted ridiculous complains from these two ladies with regards to our disabled child who if I may add is only with me 3 days out of the week because my mother keeps her on the weekends and 2 days during the week. The association accepted the complaint that we stomp around all day in our unit which has caused their ceiling fan to pull away from the ceiling harness. We are being harassed and discriminated against for having a child with a disability and for being a minority couple. I am pregnant in my 1st trimester and the neighbor constantly uses something in their unit to bang on their ceiling which scares my child and makes me very nervous. I feel threatened and not safe in my unit. I have filed a police report of harassment because we do not feel safe.
