    I received horrible treatment by this business. He and his wife have to be the worst professionals I have ever dealt with. I would like to report an issue with an instructor ************************* I completed my cpr certification on 4/11 with this instructor, I was told the next day I would receive my card. I emailed the instructor on Friday 4/12 for the card and was told, he was sent the wrong cards and he would provide a letter stating I did complete the class, so I could provide it to my employer. I did receive the letter, and then he told me I would receive the cards on Tuesday 4/16/24. I did not receive anything, so I then contacted the instructor by email. He said the card was sent out on Sunday 4/14, I received no notification. My online access was also saying there was no card available. I provided the emails to the instructor and then called him for follow up. The instructor was very rude, and then said I accused him of not sending out the card. Was talking to me very disrespectfully, then hung up on me when I tried to speak. He then had his wife call me, with the same attitude. I said to him I did not want to argue I just wanted my card. Said I claimed the card which I did not do, I havent seen the card. She then says Isnt it good to want and hung up on me. He was annoyed with me for contacting him and calling him and questioning him about my cpr certification. They are very rude and disrespectful people and have no people skills. I have NEVER in my life received such horrendous treatment from a professional. I asked for my card multiple times and it was not sent. After a while of searching online I found my card. I am reporting this instructor because he cannot treat people or clients in that manner. Horrible service! I reported this to ************************** as well. If I could Id attach the conversations.
