    ***************************************** I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory experience I had with [Company Name]. I was informed by the companys representatives that the sink I originally purchased was too large and was advised to purchase another one, resulting in an additional expense of $350. However, after making the additional purchase, I was later told that my original sink would have fit. Despite the inconvenience and unnecessary expense, the company refused to reimburse me for the second sink.This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge others to avoid doing business with this company due to their unprofessional handling of customer concerns and unwillingness to rectify their mistake. Please let me know how I can file a dispute.***************************

    This company has been nothing but deceitful and dishonest from start to finish. Be cautious if you are using them via *********** They cut and tried to install a grossly inadequate piece of quartz. I had to pay my contractor several times over due to this issue. He couldnt finish his part of the job on time, and had to put off other jobs on his schedule to this. I asked for monetary compensation, and got harassed and blown off by ****** and *****. Steer clear from them. ***** told me ****** was unavailable for a month, when I spoke to her several minutes prior. I want my money back, and they wont help at all. Horrible experience and dont ever give them money.
