  The moving crew was amazing, but Mr. *** was nothing short of unprofessional. His "backoffice" made an error with my payment putting it on another card which was not mine. 2 months after service, he harassed with texts, emails, and phone calls, made false accusations and even got the local ***************** involved (maybe the ** had a slow week that they actually made phone calls regarding a police report.) when I requested receipts and other paperwork to resolve issue. No accountability was taken on his part and he was very dishonest. I called and emailed the CEO and founder of company Mr. ******* but unfortunately no response. I plan of filing charges against this individual and the company he is representing.

  To Whom It May Concern,We respectfully disagree with the allegations made, as they are not accurate. We provided multiple documents to Mr. ******** along with email records that support our ************ did not supply the necessary payment records to substantiate your claims. There was no error on our part. A credit card was initially provided for payment, which was declined after the move was completed. A second card was then given. However, approximately one month later, the transaction was disputed by the cardholder.We promptly contacted you to explain the situation and attempted to resolve the outstanding payment. Due to the chargeback, your move remained unpaid. Despite repeated efforts to reach you via phone and email over the following weeks, our attempts were unsuccessful, and many of the responses we received were ***************** is incorrect to say that we harassed you, Mrs. ******** We were forced to file a police report to pursue payment due to the dispute. It is unfortunate that this issue escalated to such a point and you felt the need to deliberately try to damage the reputation of our Company. We are pleased that the payment has now been resolved. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best moving forward.

  Showed up late with a smaller truck than they promised so they had to make 2 trips, had inexperienced crew pack away my stuff then broke tv and 2 grandfather clocks, wound up using bogus insurance company they recommended who wouldnt pay for any damages they caused. Youd be better off renting a u-haul and getting some guys hanging outside the local 7-11. Sorry I ever contacted them.

  Good service and the prices is reasonable, The items were transported in a professional manner without any damage or scratching.   Did an out of State move with Van Express LLC and all went fairly smooth. I had a chance to deal directly with the head of the company and he was relatively candid and upfront about the process from start to bed, no bad surprises. Also, shout out to their ******* who managed the move and the crew members, really worked hard and ensure my inquiries were respected.
