Advertisers must have proper substantiation for all claims prior to dissemination.
Unqualified underselling claims must be avoided.
Claiming “lowest prices” means that a business constantly monitors the prices of all their competitors and they adjust all of their prices regularly to ensure their prices are always lower.Unfortunately, the business failed to respond to BBB's request to modify or remove the claims.
