      I purchased a power xl duo nutisealer they sold me two defective ones .They want you to pay for shipping on something that's their fault. I RECOMMEND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.THEY NICE GETTING YOUR MONEY BUT RUDE GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK .WE CONTACTED THEM BEFORE 90 DAYS WHEN WE FIRST WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM.THEY NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING TO SEND BACK ***********************

      I purchased 2 power xl nutr sealers have returned them both for replacement now I need to return again they want to charge me even though I have a 3 year warranty at additional cost Very disappointed

      I have purchased two products from them one being the air fryer and the other one being the oven and Im very disappointed, disgusted with this company as I never knew but after reading these reviews it makes sense why its taking all day for someone to respond back to me. On both my appliances the door is not working leaving me to buy another one. Im smart this time around cause I will not be purchasing any more products with their name attached!

      Christmas gift the **** air fryer Like most on here the grill started peeling , it wont heat up anymore, the lid wont go down, customer service ***** it hasnt been 65 days !!! I will contact the The Consumer ************************** FTC , Consumer Rights Act? Food and ******************** I advise everyone to do so and pass it on . This is terrible

      Received the Power XL **** Grill/Fry Combo as a Christmas gift and information provided within the instructions/paperwork said to email to receive my FREE Fry Basket. So I did that on December 28th and received an email back stating, "RE: Ticket #... - Currently, the website is not working. Please contact our customer service at ... ending in **** to redeem the Fry Basket." sent by Customer ******** *************** LLC. Multiple attempts at various times have been made to contact the number they provided and each call resulted in a busy tone. Once again, I emailed again, now creating a ticket confirming that the phone number given has a constant busy tone and that I was just looking to collect my FREE Fryer Basket as advertised. I included my address and requested the basket be shipped and that I required no other service than that. I then received another email again from Customer Support *************** LLC now stating, "We request you to please wait for some time or while the line is busy do not disconnect you will get response as soon as possible." Disconnect? I can't even connect! Today 1/9, I decided to try every phone number listed under the *************** phone listing under ************************************************************* for the multiple items they sell. Only one # (ending in ****) connected to a recording system where I attempted to requested a representative and then when I thought I was going about to speak with a human, the recording says, "the system is unavailable...." I just want the FREE Fryer Basket that comes with the Power XL Grill/Fryer Combo 12 in 1. ********* it and confirm it's on the way, that's all I'm asking for. Great product so far but HORRIBLE customer service!

      I purchased a Power XL air fryer which I saw advertised on TV. They boated about everything it did, including spit roasting a whole chicken. All I can say is YIKES!This thing was smoking like a diesel freight train. Filled my kitchen with smoke as the chicken started to get hot enough to allow drippings to fall on the heating elements. And the drip tray overflowed before the chicken was fully cooked, spilling fat and oil all over my counter top. What a mess!Very cheaply made, and advertised falsely to boot. Stay away and don't waste your hard earned money on their products. The oven was also impossible to clean. The walls were thin, stamped metal, and had many creases and indents to make the wall sturdy. Unfortunately, no matter what you do you cannot clean the burned on grease caused by cooking. TriStar makes cheap junk which I am sure is produced by the lowest contract bidders in *****. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS.

      I purchased a PowerXL in June of this year. it died last week after only 4 months. I was told they would replace it because I'm within the 12 month period, but I have to pay the return shipping. Well the problem there is that no matter which shipping company I chose it was going to cost me more to ship it back than it would to simply buy another one. I guess I'll be shopping for a new air fryer, locally this time. Do NOT buy from this company, they are a scam and their products don't last.

      I purchased a PowerXL **** combo in March of 2022 and it was the second PowerXL product I have purchased. After 6 months the product stop heating and I contacted customer service to see about repair or replacement. They said no problem, I was covered under the **************************************** instructions on how to have the product replaced. However, there is one HUGE problem they require the customer to ship the product back at their own expense. I paid $98.99 for my air fryer and it will cost me well over $100 to ship it back!! I am certain they new it would be too expensive for customers to ship the product back and therefore they would never have to honor their replacement policy. I was a happy repeat customer until now I will be buying a new air fryer but it will not be a PowerXL product.

      Ordered a Power XL airfryer on 4/20/22. On 8/16/22 it will not turn on at all. Warranty is supposed to cover replacement for a year however, I have to cover shipping to get a replacement which is outrageous! I will buy another brand .Do not waste any money on this brand it is not worth it!!
