They were super amazing !!!!! They were kind and super helpful. Made this process so much easier. Henry who looks 20 shocked me that he was in his 50s!!! My move was from fort Hamilton to fort bliss Texas, I am military so I do a lot of moves and this one is my favorite !!! Wish I could keep them in my pocket ??

Extremely terrible! I wouldn’t hire this company to move an empty porter potty. I am a disabled veteran who is relocating from *** **** to ********. I called months prior to ensure I would have a semi for my move. It was not the right size truck, + It was all my fault in the companies eyes, they stood around till 1pm, after getting there around 9am doing nothing and then told me that the price was going to double. The supervisor from the New Jersey office called and was very insulting and degrading blaming me for the process. I had to sign a new agreement for my stuff to get moved. The price was up to $20,000 when the original cost was $9,200 it took multiple trucks because the company was not prepared and had ill adequate help. It took longer to get to my house and they would not leave until I wired them money instead of doing what the contract said by handing them cash on delivery. I tried to call a representative from the Florida office they were nowhere to be found. Even though they said that I could call them for assistance. After breaking private property on my house, they told me that it was already there even though me my wife and my two kids stood there and watched them do it. They did not take all of the articles that they were supposed to be moving, even though they said they would, they left garbage all over the house and we’re constantly in the bathroom. They went through three rolls of toilet paper, who goes through three rolls of toilet paper with three people in one day. It took over three days for my packing. I am still fighting with the company trying to figure out how I can get reimbursed for the damage property that the new current homeowner is now holding over my head. Way to look out for your veterans who supported this country, such a terrible disgraceful company! Hidden fees, lack of work no understanding of what was supposed to be done, un prepared and definitely unprofessional. Hello Mr. ******* I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your relocation experience. Here at AMEX Moving & Storage we try our hardest to meet customer expectations. According to your original estimate, you were quoted at 2098 cubic feet (1 straight truck only) from your broker. You then went through the quality assurance process in which your inventory stayed the same with no changes. At the time of pickup, the ****** reveled that 1 straight truck wouldnt be enough and you needed 3 additional trucks. The estimates that you signed with the broker does state that if any additional pieces, packing services, cubic feet or labor is added at the time of pickup, then the customer has to be charged for it. Also in your original estimate that you signed you had 262 Pieces and they end up picking up 955 items in total. Your price for 1 truck was $9961.84 and as you saw we ended up bringing a tractor trailer and we did another shipment for you for a total of $20,000, you was supposed to pay more than that but we kept the price that low to give you extra discount, also you had lots of items that needed to have a bulky fee and we didnt charge you for it. The only item that left behind was the pool for the animals as it was very dirty and filthy and we couldnt put it on the tractor trailer.
