      My wife has experienced outrageous errors and to add insult to injury you are forced to have to wait to get help or deal with robotic systems that leave you feeling "helpless and stupid". I have seen false statements online and my wife received past due notices on an account that did not exist nor did it belong to her. When is this going to stop? My wife does not have time to chase down customer service issues that should have never happened. Get out of this company as soon as you can and do not recommend them. They are the worst in my 40 years of lending.

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with they lie to you to get you off the phone they disconnect you I was giving the wrong information I overpaid and now they're refusing to give me a refund or lower my payments based on the terms of my contract they promised to call you back and you never hear from them you call them and speak to a different person every time and get a different story I don't know how they're still in business
