"They sent me a 3080ti that killed killed my pc I took it to a computer shop he said the card was defective sent it back no response from them for 6 months then they responded saying they would send it to the manufacturer zotac then they message me a month or so later saying they fixed it in house then started asking me to send them a shipping label when asked how to do so they ignored me for another 2 months so I was forced to buy a new whole new pc cause they wouldnt sent back my card then I asked for a refund cause they just wouldnt send it they said no they could only offer 400 dollars when the card 2 years ago was *************************************************************************************** back some old hardware"
