  Received an email "PAYMENT DUE REMINDER - USSP INVOICE" and a 2nd request. I confirmed in our office we did not order or receive ear plugs or shop towel. When they sent delivery confirmation, it had my name on it, no signature (typed up word document) and I was not in the office that day or the day before. I am the ** for the company so my name is easily accessible online. I sent the company an email with a link to the BBB complaints and let them know we would be adding to the complaints and not to contact our company again. Hopefully we do not have to take further action but will if we have to.

  This company sent a box of shop rags and ear plugs, set up an account in our business name, had access to job information, and employee cell phones, asked for payment for bogus "order", then demand we pay return freight for fictitious order, and finally sent a return label billable to an account number. Is this billable account number another one they have established in our company name? We have had no contact with this company prior to this suspect transaction. We will not return an item under these circumstances. Recommend no interaction with this company.

  Received a call today on my cell phone. Expecting calls from certain people/businesses so I answered. Person said "Hi, my name is ...... with US Standard Products, how are you today? I kind of paused, said ummm, ok I guess. The line went dead before I even finished the "I guess." Not totally uncommon, but still seemed weird so I looked them up. There are a ton of complaints and questionable actions by the company. Though my cell is personal, some people at my work use it so I'm assuming they thought it was a business line. Regardless, I already emailed my accountant to make sure everything was documented about the call, and to be on the lookout for any unordered packages being delivered or invoices on items we didn't purchase. Technically, as of right now, the company has not done anything wrong. The main point of submitting this is to clearly document to everyone what happened, what was said or not said, just in case some questionable calls or charges show up. I don't like doing reviews or statements like this on a company that hasn't technically done anything wrong, but I think all the reviews and complaints submitted justify the need to submit. I recommend everyone read not just the reviews, but the complaints made through BBB.

  U.S. Standard Products is a horrible business practice of praying on company employees and sending overpriced garbage products, then demanding payment without anyone ordering it or being aware they even ordered it. Free samples lol. 2 small cases ****** lol. Tell them they should be ashamed of themselves. They love that.

  I get this call on a Friday afternoon talking about sending our company all kinds of free sport tickets, sport clothing etc. I specifically asked what the cost would be and was told $0.00. He then stated would send some hand sanitizer as an addition. I get an email this morning - Hi, Thank you for the order you placed with us!Order Contains: 1*** OF 24 4OZ HAND SANITIZER @ ***** PER BOTTLE 1 CASE 4 BAGS HAND SANITIZER ****** FOR THE *** 1 FREE DISPENSER We appreciate your business. Please reply accept to this email so we can ship your order out in a timely manner.Thank You ************************************* Customer Support ***************************************** P.O. ***************************** VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS.

  Do not trust this company. Called one of our field employees and tricked him into believing that we order from them. sent us two boxes for safety glasses with an invoice for $465!

  I havent deal with them personally. I just saw a video about them being a scam and do a quick research about it. Is not only how they tricked you onto paying things you didnt even order but if you look for their products they are all super overpriced. Ridiculously absurd!!

  Watch out! Scam! Caller may pretend to have done business with your company and make an offer that seems reasonable such as a few free ball caps or sports jerseys sent directly to your office. They may use that information to ship products you never requested. They may simply send invoices in hopes your accounts payable simply pays. Stay Clear!!
