Door to door sales call . Employee lied about having his truck at a neighbors home and want to make a deal to handle ants! I told him we already have a company and he then proceeded to ask who we used! None of your dam business! The fact that I was just coming in to my home and he was steps behind me was startling! If they dare to come again I will call the police and file a complaint of attempted burglary!! I also am on our towns no knock registry.Ecoshield Pest Solutions NJ LLC

Ecoshield is a big scam. They go door to door and cheat people. When you first signup they promise big things and during the service nothing happens. Try give the different price when you first sign up and than over charge. Stay away from them.Ecoshield Pest Solutions NJ LLC

Do not use this company. I honored the service agreement I signed for quarterly services for a period of one year. After the year, I emailed the address on the agreement to submit my service cancelation request in writing as it said I should do. My mail program warned me that it did not appear to be a valid email address and it did not go through. I received a bill in the mail from the ********* branch and submitted the final payment and letter of cancelation. The check was cashed. I then was contacted in late August that they would be coming again. I told them not to via text and email and included the letter. They said I had to call. I don't want to call - I've read that it is impossible to deal with this company over the phone. They've called and emailed and texted every day multiple times about the bill they say I owe for a service the was canceled multiple times and never even performed.Ecoshield Pest Solutions NJ LLC

Their agent approached our front door and said to give their product a try, we told them we will not sign any contract , then the agent was aware about this and said to do 2 treatments as one will not be enough to see any effective results, the very first treatment was good lasting about 20 minutes, the 2nd treatment after a month lasted less than 5 minutes. And we told their office that we will not take any more treatments. Then their office emailed us about our balance and that it will be sent to a collection agency soon. This office is a scam and their product is more than a scam. We advise anybody out there not to agree at all to get any work from this company. Misleading service and hidden fees. Ecoshield was NOT clear in their contract "requirements" The assumption was a one time charge of some $200 plus PER SEASON, which included initial visit, and then spray for eggs within ***** days after initial spray. I was told I was getting a community "deal" because other homeowners in my area had also signed up for their service. They came and sprayed (mainly for ants), and made my situation worse. Now, there were even more ants. I wanted them to come back and spray inside, since the ants were out of control now. They said that is the way it works, the situation gets worse before it gets better. If I knew that, I would NEVER have had them spray to begin with. I kept calling and texting the sales Rep to come out and spray again, but no one came until the ***** day waiting period was up. They came and sprayed outside and in my bathroom, again, the situation got worse. I kept calling and texting my sales ************ waiting almost 3 weeks, with no relief, my husband went out and bought something to get rid of the ants.. It worked!!!! But, they are trying to charge me for the second visit, which I was told was included with the initial spraying. Now, they are saying there is a separate charge for spraying for the "egg cycle", which I was told initially it's all included. I was told I would only have to pay once per season!!! I was given false information!!! This company is a scam!! Do not hire them for your pest solutions. Their treatment does not work. Oh, and when I tried to get in touch with my sales Rep about my bill, I was told he no longer works for ECOSHIELD. HOW CONVENIENT!!!!Ecoshield Pest Solutions NJ LLC

This is a scam. They sign you up for a contract even when the sales person agrees to one visit only. They charge your credit card regardless of the service and even though I paid for three visitas, I Had more bugs than normally. Total ripoff.Guy roaming my neighborhood trying to drum up business. Quoted a discounted price. (Meanwhile you being signed up for a large contract, but they don't tell you that).Service performed. Then wanted to come back about a month later.
