    If I could give zero stars I would. It is not the product that people have a problem with-it is their staff. Staff is RUDE, and incompetent. They have a "tracking system" on their site that does not function. My Order was placed on March 22, was supposedly shipped on March 25, today is March 31 and the tracking via **** still doe not appear in **** system. They refuse to assist with locating or reshipping the order. This is the third time this has happened when I have placed the order that have been delayed or left unfulfilled. The product is great, the USA customer service is HORRIBLE.

    ***** called and was upset that her package was not yet delivered. The order was in fact shipped but being held up by ****. ***** insisted it did not leave our building although it had. **** occasional does not update the tracking in a timely manner and we cannot find the the details. We have sent a replacement order and that will be delivered today via *****. ***** has been emailed with this information. If she receives the first order that **** shipped she may keep that. Checking the **** tracking this morning she is schedule to also receive the first shipment today.

    I ordered a bunch of embroidery floss from their website. When it arrived, I opened up the package and it was empty. There were no tears or anything that would suggest that someone stole something out of the package. They simply just sent me an empty padded envelope. I reached out to them and let them know that they did not ship me my product. I asked them to either refund me or actually ship my product and it took them a week to respond and that was only because I said I would leave a review on the BBB. They said they did ship me my product And it must have been stolen. I let them know that they did not ship any product. The package was intact and left in a locked ********** was empty and that they should have some sort of quality check in place to make sure packages are not shipped this way. There was no invoice or packing list. They still didnt respond and I had to ask for a refund or from them to ship me my product again. Eventually, after another whole week, they refunded me. They then sent me a package that just has the packing list which still does not prove that they actually shipped me the product because I got an empty padded envelope. I will never purchase anything from them again and will use other vendors for embroidery floss. Their customer service is a joke. They are not helpful and they would rather argue with you that you are wrong.

    We cannot find any details on the claim submitted by ** **. They may have used a different name or email on their order. If they can send that or the DMC order number we can look into the claim. Thank you

    I purchased the DMC cabinet and threads back in Early Aug 2024 have yet to receive it,Contacted **************** and was told that the parcel was delivered to my mail box,I still have not received it, have asked twice for a refund and have yet to get it, just keep getting e mails telling me they are looking into it

    This customer had purchased a ********************** item via a ******** scam and was informed to contact her credit card immediately. We assume she has done this since no further communication took place after this.
