    I purchased the PK11 model from an Amazon seller in August 2024, and received my new Kayak in September 2024. The Kayak I received was not the PK11, but rather a new design that replaced the PK11 called the Pro 10.5, which retails at over $100 more and it has more features than the older model PK11 included more storage space, installed anchor trolley, and I believe it is wider and more stable. I couldn't be more pleased. I see many complaints about ***'s shipping but they, like many companies use freight shippers to reduce the costs to customers, who get free shipping btw, and so once the product is picked up to be delivered by the ************* has no control of how long it takes for delivery, so much of the negative comments are not BKC's fault. The freighter who delivered my Kayak had at least 20 more kayaks on the truck to be delivered to who knows where. Did I mention the shipping was free and a few days earlier than expected, but had it been a few days later,,,,,,,, who cares. It's a great kayak. Yes it's actually manufactured in *****, like almost everything I own, as well as most things others own. The kayak has a 5 year hull warranty, better than most.

    Purchased a kayak on December 12th have checked everyday on delivery status kept saying being processed then out of the blue says delivered Never received item Called and said it would take 48 hours for a response Ridiculous

    DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY ! I have been trying to reach anyone in the customer service department about and order i placed over 6 months ago not being fulfilled and haven't been in contact or been reached out to after leaving email after email and trying to call is an absolute joke. is this company even real? they are just fine taking your money but fulfilling an order and actually getting you the product? i am yet to see it. maybe i will receive it one day? i highly doubt it.

    The company has engaged in false and misleading shipping practices, promising delivery dates they cant meet. I purchased a kayak from this company on 7/23/24 because the color and model on the website show In stock: Delivery within 7-14 business days. They have failed to meet this claim and have repeatedly said they are looking for a driver. Example below: (BKC)Aug 13, 2024, 9:56AM EDT untill we find a driver unfortunately I don't have a timeline Catch Your Next Adventure!

    Shipping is not free and had to drive over two hours one way and have a four hour time window to wait. You need to basically live near a major city to have it delivered to your house. Ordered two kayaks and wasnt able to use them til almost 3 months later even though the website said they were in stock. One of the kayaks came with a cheaper set of paddles and seats were missing. A set of seats were sent out later and one of them was bent. Was told another seat would be expedited and finally shipped 10 days later, got a seat and it doesnt even match the other seats. Dont bother trying to call them because they wont answer. Worst experience buying anything online. And dont bother trying to leave a bad review on their website since they wont let you post it. Thats the only reason they have good reviews only on their website.

    Well my kayak was delivered. I ordered the 14 foot with trolling motor. Received it today at 11am. No trolling motor at all. Sent few emails and left number on voicemail. Waiting to see what happened. Would like it shipped right away or credit my account.

    I purchased a PK14 kayak from this company on 11-18-2023 that was sent without a MCO which is needed to be registered in **************. I located on this companies website the MCO but was only able to obtain the front page of the document which is useless without a signature and notary stamp on the back of the document. On 4-8-2024 I emailed customer service about this and was mailed an MCO with just a signature on the reverse page, again useless. Contacted customer service again on 5-28-2024 and asked to have a notarized MCO sent and received a reply stating it had been sent. 6-13-2004, contacted them again, they replied, sorry for the delay its being sent.Contacted again on 6-25-2024, "Reply" allow a few more days! Contacted again 7-9-2024 and was told on 7-11-2024 by the founder of the company ***** that it would be sent by *** over night and I would receive a tracking number which has never happened. I also placed an order on 4-28-2024 for a rudder "order BKC ****** which was showing back ordered and would ship in 2 to 4 weeks and still has not been received. I reached out and was they expected the shipment on 7-2-2024 and would send notification of when it would ship to my location, but again nothing.

    This company has zero customer service after the sale. I tried to buy 2 replacement seats for a 14' kayak. Stated on the website they would ship 3-4 weeks after order. Meanwhile 2 months later no seats, had to do a charge back with my credit card. Every week for the last 5 weeks promised something different. Can't ever get anyone on the phone because they don't want to talk to you, everything is through e-mail , sometimes they respond (with empty promises), sometimes they don't. They make a nice kayak, but if need something after you buy it, forget it.

    I have emailed the company multiple times about getting a MCO in order to register my Kayaks with the *** in my state. I have also tried to call but none answers it just goes to voicemail, I have even left a voicemail. The company states that they will respond withing 24- 48 hours but still no response. The customer service is horrible.

    Just another of the many "rare occurances" where they request a customer fulfill their own delivery. They like to say this is common business practice but when was the last time you, the reader, had to meet an Amazon truck in a shady parking lot to fulfill your order. Burned a good customer here BKC! May I suggest using a better delivery company instead of the one convenient only to you in nearby **********.
