      I scheduled with ******* for the crew to come out late morning to early afternoon to replace the elements in my water heater. I got a call at 8:10 asking if I'd be available, which is not late morning. The crew did arrive around 2pm and proceeded to drain my water heater. After a brief distraction waiting for the water heater to drain, the guys started replacing the elements. When they got to the bottom one, the heater hadn't fully drained and water started gushing out. The one guy asked the other to go get him a bucket completely not noticing the bucket literally next to him on his left, which I pointed out and he started using. With the elements finally replaced, they turned the water back on and packed up to go, leaving me with instructions. I made the mistake of not checking up on them after they left, only to be rewarded with their having forgotten to reset the release valve on top of my water heater. I noticed a strange noise to discover my garage was flooded with about a 1/4" of water. I called the main number again, understandably freaked out, only to be talked down to. The guys couldn't return to fix their mistake immediately. The earliest they could come out was the next morning around may be 10am. I proceeded to vacuum up the water I could for the next 3 hours. Three days later I still had water bubbling up from under the linoleum in part of the garage space. A week and a half later, I am still in pain from the ordeal. The guys never came back out and they tried to blame the incident on the release valve "getting stuck open," when they'd had to open it to drain the water heater. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did and deal with the utter lack of customer service following a mistake made by one of their crews.

      Be extremely careful with this business. I decided not to go with them for a water heater installation and the owner ******* started threatening me and stating he would come to my residence and hurt me. Had to file a police report against him.

      I needed a water heater replacement back in February 2022. They came and replaced my water heater. The town inspector came and said they needed to do add a mixing valve. This cost me additional money and aggravation!!!! the plumber said it had to be put in before the valves and therefore had to shut the water off in the entire condo. Upon further investigation I found another unit like mine and took a picture of how it was done AFTER the valves!! The owner refused to listen to me about this and when he did come back he refused to look at the picture or go to see how it was done in another unit. Since then I have had a problem with my furnace and another technician commented on how ************************ cheaped out with the way they did put in the mixing valve. Also the thermometer should have been replaced as well as the expansion tank. The arrogance of the owner is something no one should have to stand for.
