      I have leafguard installed on my gutters for a few years. The leaves don't go in but the dirt and seeds do... now I have trees and weeds growing or of my gutters. And no way to eliminate them but climbing on the roof and spraying. I'm too old for that... the leafguards do not uninstall easily.

      I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH INSTALLER TO COME BACK AND CORRECT WORK. VOICEMAIL BOX IS ALWAYS FULL. BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE CORRECT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

      This happened in *********, *********, and I never even got the chance to review their gutters because they didn't give me an estimate for my project. The person I spoke with on the phone scheduled an appointment and a guy named **** texted me that he arrived at my house but no one was home and he left. However, I specifically told the guy on the phone that no one would be home when he arrived but to please send me an estimate. I've called and texted **** but he's not replied. So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, but after reading the reviews here, I'm considering their rudeness as a blessing for me. ******

      This place is more harassing than a debt collector. They call all day, nonstop. I've had them call 3 times in 15 minutes - as soon as they hang up, they call again. They call from 7am to 9pm. I've had 15 calls in one day. I know this is prohibited behavior for a debt collector under many law, so I can't imagine it is legal for them. I don't know how they got my number, but I've asked them multiple times to put me on a do not call list. We'll see if it sticks this time.Also beware that many places in ******** contract out to them, so if you think you're signing up to get a service quote from a local, small business, they sell your number to this company and then you get harassed.

      Probably the worst home improvement investment Ive ever made. I had the system installed in ********************************************** never have to worry about my gutters clogging again. System cost $5000 to install and by 2023 they got clogged. I called and they sent someone out to clean them at no service charge. Again this year they are clogged. Problem is debris collected on top of the gutter guard so when I called I was told I would have to pay a $95 service fee. I spoke to the district manager ***** and he said my problem was not covered in the warranty. I told him the salesman saw I have a lot of trees and should have warned me this might happen before I agreed to the installation. I told ************ used to have my gutters cleaned 2 times a year at a cost of $100 and it would take a lifetime to break even on the cost of yearly gutter cleaning to justify the 5k I spent on the leaf filter system. He was unwavering about charging the $95 service fee, which is more than it would cost to have them cleaned by the company that did the cleaning in prior years. I wish I had checked with the Better Business Bureau before I signed the contract. I hope this review will save someone else from getting screwed by this unscrupulous company.

      I asked for two estimates and I can't even do that sat here over 24 to 48hours the first time I called back on Friday they told me 24 hours still have not received one of my estimates I get on the phone to ask for a supervisor to talk to you the sit here and argue with me on the phone I don't recommend this company at all because they don't do their job that the pay to do pretty bad company right

      The salesperson, ****, took 2 hours of our time to mostly bash the competitor products and gutter systems. Took a long time 90 minutes to get to any kind of number. When he finally showed us a proposal using his tablet, we almost choked! For 64 ft. Of gutters and three downspouts. It was close to $******!When he knew that wasn't going to fly, he started offering marketing credits for putting a sign up in our yard. A senior discount, a military discount even though neither of us had been in the military. (**** said he had been in the military.) That brought the price down to $8,600 still too high. Then he proceeded to call **************** to get approval and some kind of code so he could send a proposal. Not sure if he was really talking to anyone? The bottom line price was $3,700 if we signed up on the spot. Remember he started at just under ******?? He also did not have a good answer about prevention of ice dams.As he tried to pressure us to sign up on the spot, we explained that we don't make decisions that way and we're getting two other quotes. I asked him to send me a written proposal and gave him my email address. He said he'd get it to me in a half hour or so. The proposal never arrived in writing. These hard sell tactics are a real turn off for any consumer, but unfortunately people fall for them. Upon reflection, during the 2-hour sales pitch, lots of red flags were going off. Especially when he had to keep calling ****************. We will never do business with this company. If you have a good product, you don't have to use these kind of high pressure sales tactics. Worse than a used car salesman!

      ****** came through and tore my downspout off my gutter. Contacted them to either purchase the part ($20.00 part **** or have them come out and replace (5 minute job) Refused to sale me the part and wanted $300.00 to come out and replace. Can't purchase it anywhere else.

      I recently had gutters installed. The salesperson, ******, stated what the financing would be and the monthly payment. ****** LIED! The monthly payments are twice as much and the financing through the roof!Additionally, now that the gutters are in, they have yet to appear to fix the installation error. They scheduled a time for repair, called me two hours later and said they were stuck behind a felled tree. [There is no dirt road where I live. I have no idea on where they were.]They are suppose to be the best, in comparison to others. Sadly, I see its reviews here display what I am currently experiencing.I am currently working to get everything resolved.

      They ripped off my elderly Mom. Gutters with gutter guards should have cost $909-1,000 **** They charged her $6,150.00 for 44 ft of gutters. SHAMEFUL!!
