    Subject: Unethical Business Practices and ********************* ********************** *** I am writing this review to bring attention to the unprofessional and questionable business practices I recently experienced with All Wet Irrigation **** Unfortunately, my recent interaction with this company has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.During a call on October 7th, I spoke with a representative named ******* to schedule a winterization appointment for my lawn sprinkler system. Despite being a returning customer and expressing concerns about the impending freezing weather, I was told there were no available appointments until November 12th. I understand that the company may be busy, but there was no effort to accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, even after I emphasized the risk of weather-related damage to my system.What shocked me the most was being coerced into providing my credit card information over the phone just to secure the appointment. This demand was made despite the fact that I have always paid promptly after the service in the past, with no issues. ******* informed me that without providing this information in advance, I would not be allowed to schedule the appointmentan outrageous and discriminatory policy.This kind of practice is not only unnecessary but also feels coercive. Requiring customers to give sensitive credit card details over the phone, especially for a service that hasnt even been rendered yet, puts consumers at risk of fraud and financial insecurity. Moreover, such a policy was never required for my previous appointments with All Wet Irrigation, which leads me to believe that this is a new and unfair tactic to force customers into a disadvantageous *********** someone who has used their services for years, I feel disrespected and discriminated against. This company's approach to customer relations and payment policies raises serious ethical concerns about how they treat their loyal clients.

    My husband and I paid for a premium membership with All Wet. Unfortunately, their service reps have no idea what they are doing + installed the wrong rotors + had them over spraying our trees, directly. This has led to our trees developing fungus and they are dying. We had them come out again at which point they replaced the incorrect rotors that they installed and then tried to bill us for $844. We emailed the company to dispute it and they never responded. After two weeks we followed up with them again and they said they were still looking at it....The whole point of hiring a professional is so that the job is done right....Wish we had caught wind of this earlier with earlier invoices...We were sold a false bill of goods on the level of service that we were promised to receive and the entire situation is an example of gross negligence. They will now have to deal with our credit card company who will not be paying them. Customer service means nothing to All Wet and now they can answer for it. We hope this helps others avoid them.

    Last season, I paid for one of their technicians to replace my backflow valve and spigot. I noticed a leak and told the tec before winterizing the system, he said they can take care of it next year. I tried to get their irrigation start up special to no avail. When I finally connected, the customer rep said I was a day late and won't honor it (though the special ended on a Sunday when the company is closed). I turned on the system unsurprisingly there's a leak. They tightened the nut on the spigot they replaced and sent me an invoice for $138.60. I've had several discussions and 3 months later was offered a $25 discount on the service bill for a repair necessitated by them.

    Recently had a flooding issue that at first seemed like it might be related to All ***** services but it turned out that it wasn't. Despite having no responsibility for this, All Wet stepped up for a long-term customer to bring in *************** at their cost to clean up our wet basement. ***** and **** from All Wet, as well as the *** team, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly during this process, coming out to the house immediately and arranging for ***'s services. It's rare to see such great service these days and I couldn't be happier with All ***** response!
