- Refund and Exchange Policy
- For all classes, you are entitled to a partial refund in the event you cancel your enrollment at least 48 hours before the course starts. You will receive the course fee back minus $50 for CPR courses, and the course fee minus $100 for all instructor-level/aquatics courses. Refunds can take up to 90 days. The reason they charge for no shows and course cancellations is because it is difficult to get a customer last minute to replace the individual who does not show up in the class or for the customer who cancels. Also, they do not get a refund for classroom space, class training equipment, or any last minute preparations preparing for your class. The moment you register is the moment they start working on your individual training. Additionally, there will be no "refunds" for any acts of war (whether declared or not), hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, terrorism or civil disorder; act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods). There will also be NO REFUNDS for pandemic or epidemic crises.
