    I started at this company about 8 months ago. I loved this job at first. It seemed like a great place to work. About two months ago things got bad. When you walk into the office, you automatically feel a sense of toxicity. Its like being in high school all over again. The corporate clinical manager talks to and about people however she wants. She has to be the center of attention. Their focus is getting another patient on census and not a care in the world for the patient as an actual human being. Its a conveyor belt business, supplies are limited for the patient (including Chuxs, the aides are seeing 8-9 patients a day with no lunch break, and this affects the patient at the end of the day. Over worked and not paid overtime just a tad on the illegal side. They get paid per patient per day and limited supplies and medications so sad. People are leaving on a weekly basis. I believe I am the 7 person to leave in two months. About 2-3 *** before I left the CEO sent out an email about only hiring nice people. If that is a main concern of his, then he needs look into how one their corporate clinical manager speaks with the employees who are out there in the field driving ***** miles a month. She is so rude, and there is no reason to treat anyone the way she does. If its ok for her to do it and she gets away with it what kind of company is this. The company will continue to lose people. I worked and earned my *** and unfortunately they did not pay me my time, even though I fulfilled my full resignation. No employee deserves to work at a place like this. Beware stay away from here if youre looking for a job that values and appreciates you.
