Two burners on our 6 burner 36" gas range have never worked properly. We had two face time calls with Kucht support but they were unable to resolve the issues. They escalated but we haven't heard back from them in weeks and can't get in touch with anyone now. What's the point of a 4 year warranty if they don't honor it?Kucht Professional

Excellent customer service, ********************** level product. We came upon Kucht while looking for an LP-ready 6 burner stove, and the blue k**** on one of them just stuck out in my mind (we were doing a full kitchen remodel and I had the same color sink in mind) Kuchts people reached out to us several times after purchase, and answered all questions during both delivery and install (we did have our local gas provider here during install for hookup and testing). Cooking on it is a dream, and we were so satisfied we ended up purchasing the Kucht range hood a few months later. Again, customer service was top notch, always reaching out. We love the stove and range hood and had a highly professions experience with both purchases. So, I have been dealing with Kucht support since last summer with no resolution on my KM 30C, 30 in. W 1.6 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Air Fryer and Convection Oven 1000-Watt Built-In Microwave, I purchased from ********** in August of 2022, with a 4-year parts and service manufacturer warranty. Their initial response is to have you take a video call with a service tech, where they basically have you take the unit apart and test everything on it that is accessible. Luckily, I have tools and a multimeter and was able to comply. Once this was unsuccessful in locating the issue, they were initially going to escalate the matter to a higher-level tech service. When nothing happened after this, I called back, and they said they declining the warranty due to reported power surges in the area? Well, this was nonsense, as we had not had any issues related to this in our area, it just seemed like a fabricated response to deny warranty and none of the testing indicated a blown fuse or thermal limiting switches were bad. I continued to reach out to Kucht support for a remedy and ask them for on-site service. The informed me it was $350 charge, prepaid to send out a tech to investigate the issue to determine what the root cause was. When the tech finally came in December of last year, he diagnosed the issue as a corroded mother board which he said would be handled the next day under warranty as there was no way we could have caused this. I was pleased to know I was going to get this handled and my $350 back. However, after a few weeks went by with no resolution or response I reached back out to them, to which they responded that they were not going to be warrantying the part, regardless of the tech report, but were willing to offer me a new unit at 35% off of retail for the trouble. I have responded sense and asked for my money back on the service call and resolution of the issue and repair of my unit, but they have now broken contact.Kucht Professional

The technician found evidence of Electrical and Water Damage on the inside of the appliance. We have been dealing with an oven that stopped working within a month or so of purhcase. Since then we've been dealng with at least 30 calls, approx 8 being video calls. 1st video, tech didn't show up. 2nd, spoke w/ a tech who said we needed a part & to call when we installed. 3rd video after installing new k*** said needed to purchase a thermometor. 4th call said we needed another new part. 5th call they said they'd send a tech to assist and resolve as it didn't work still when new oven part installed. Never got a call from the 3rd party tech and we found out ***** decided to cancel. The stove continued to not work correctly. 6th video call they said temp was fine, I just needed to only use convection as the oven won't temp correctly without being in convection. Food continued to burn/not cook consistently. I kept the thermometor in the stove and would check temps regularly. Temp would be ***** degrees high. Called back &customer service *** told me that it would run 25 degrees low on convection unwillingly awknowledging that the stove was not working correctly. I expressed my frustration, this *** said he would contact a local a tech and we'd be notified in 10 business days to schedule. 2 weeks later we received a thermetor in the mail, no technician or explanation of why a thermometer showed up or to even call them? I called to ask where is the techn they said that we had to do another video call, it's required prior to sending out a tech. 8th video call...once again the Kucht tech doesn't show up for the call. He's out sick. They continue to tell us it's their policy to do these video calls even though they assured us that they would send a tech a month ago. We still do not have a properly working oven and have not had the courtesty of actually having a professional technician come out to look at the product. Just keep getting the run around of instisting on video calls over and over. We deserve some actual help by a professional at this point.Kucht Professional

Horrible service or should I say no service at all unless you fix your so called warranty issues yourself. I have a KFX300 bought July 27th 2023 and have had problems from the start, it almost killed my family with carbon monoxide poising caused by an incorrect installation of the burner shield from the factory. I had to trouble shoot the problem myself and fix it the same. Still do not have the broken oven light fixed from opening the box day one. They sent the part and expected me to install it 1.5 years later still broken. Now February 2025 my broiler is broken for about 4 weeks now, multiple calls and no service man. Took off work for a promised virtual service call , NOPE no one called called service they first denied I had a service call then after arguing for a time suddenly they found it. Said he would call within 30 minutes, 2 days later NOTHING but a broken oven still. They expect the home owners to perform their warranty repairs, this is not a warranty but a dangerous expectation of an innocent consumer that trusted them to do what is promised. I will continue looking into what can be done to stop this company from it's horrible lack of service and misleading honest homeowners that trusted that their needs would be taken care of if needed. ****** D. ********** Texas Bought from ****** July 27 2023Kucht Professional

Horrific experience with KUCHT Appliances.I bought a stove/oven less than four years ago.I have a 4-year *********** stove and oven are explosive. I logged a support ticket months ago.The technician who came out (and then never followed up) agreed the product was hazardous and advised us to stop using it immediately. We purchased a Refrigerator and a 48 range from Kucht, both white with gold hardware. It is important to note, both these appliances were described as white on the Kucht website at the time of purchase, which can be verified in the historical screen shots of their website on the WayBack Machine. Unfortunately, these appliances to not match. The Range is fairly bright white, and the refrigerator is cream.When the refrigerator arrived, it was quite damaged and dented. Additionally, the delivery people from Kucht left the refrigerator sitting in our front yard, and left without completing delivery. We spoke to Kucht, and they initially recommended that we return the refrigerator. When we asked about a replacement refrigerator, they told us that there was no guarantee that they would ever have one to send us. Apparently, they keep very low stock available. Rather than be without a refrigerator, we opted to keep the unit, and wait on replacement parts. At this point, the refrigerator was still sitting on the sidewalk in front of our house. Kucht told us that they would send replacement parts ASAP.When we got the refrigerator into the kitchen, we noticed that the color didnt match at all. Upon contacting Kucht, they tried to make it sound as if that was intentional. Several months later, they changed their website to note that the colors are not both white, so clearly, they know that this is a problem. Eventually, Kucht agreed to custom paint new door panels for us for the refrigerator. We waited months for these to arrive. The doors that arrived are damaged, and they are the same color as the originals, as in, cream. When we called Kucht, they yelled at us, told us that we were never getting any more help from them, and hung up on us.Dozens of calls to customer service, months of effort, and we have a mismatched $6k range and $3k fridge. It appears that Kucht often responds to complaints with "call us". We did, and you yelled and hung up.Kucht Professional

When KUCHT Customer Support was contacted about the shipping damage, we advised you to return the unit to the seller. As the manufacturer, we had no role in the delivery process. Please be assured that KUCHT did not and would never imagine leaving our appliances unattended in a front yard.Regarding the white color, note that the range and refrigerator share the same color code and use paint from the same source. However, due to the high temperatures reached by the oven, the painting process differs slightly, which may be perceptible to some individuals. Rest assured, we do not use any other color for our white appliances.From KUCHT we were there for you, for every question or issue that occurred to you. We even gone above and beyond showing gestures of goodwill as a genuine attempt to ensure customer satisfaction. I purchased my very expensive stove in the year 2020 (Covid) when I was getting a new kitchen. I was so excited about my stove Unfortunately, after a week I had to have the oven k*** replaced because it was loose and you couldnt tell the temperature. Im handicapped cant do a lot of cooking. now that I am feeling *****, . Im having the same problem, although the stove is out of warranty, I asked the company to honor the warranty and replace the $20 k*** their lead person **** very rude. **** said he didnt care what I did and that they were not going to replace the k*** I have no idea why this company employs an employee such a rude person that would risk losing a customer for $20 according to ****Kucht Professional

I am shocked to see any five star reviews for this company - lucky them! Working for this company was a nightmare for us. Bought a fridge a year and a half ago with a five year warranty. In May, it started making a weird noise, which got worse, so I called. Hard to get through to anyone, but when I finally did, a technician facetime'd me. After pulling the fridge from the wall and removing the back panel per his request, he identified the problem was a broken fan. Great! Can someone come fix it? "No. You'd have to pay for that and I don't know when someone could even come." OK. Then, can I get the part asap? "I'll order the part and ask my manager if we can expedite it and call you back." Reader, I did not get a call back. I called the next day bc I had a feeling the part hadn't been ordered. It hadn't. The customer service lady said oh! I'll order it now! It should be in by next week.[Meanwhile, our fridge is making sounds I cannot even describe.]Next week comes: No part. I call. "Oh, we haven't ordered it. I'd have to send the request to our parts ****** So the request hasn't even been sent? "No. And I don't know if we have that part."[Cue us buying a new fridge].Three weeks later, the part arrived.
