    We had a terrible experience with this company. We usually work in commercial and residential projects with many yards of concrere. This time we only requested 3 yards just to try them out for a foundation of 2 decks. *** the dispatcher is extremely rude and insult contractors if you call and ask why their truck driver left the worksite or why they were not communicating if something is not going as agreed.They were running late, I called them to say thats ok so the guys went for lunch, when concrete arrived we had 2 guys on site ready to pour and the other workers were 5 minutes away on their way back for lunch. When one of the guys told the truck we will start pouring in 5 minutes as the pump was on he pick up truck they were coming in, driver decided to leave and told the team to call him when the guys arrive so they could come back. They never called our office to let know they were leaving or if they were having any issue, even though we provided our phone number and project manager's phone number.I called the office to ask what time they were coming back and *** insulted me, yelled and said they are not coming back because my guys supposedly were not ready to pour and when I said ok let's reschedule and please next time listen to PM or call the office and don't go by the workers, she rudely hanged up the phone on me and say "we don't need to come back"We ended up mixing concrete by hand because the companies need few days in advance to schedule.Terrible customer service, they coupd care less about anybody but themselves and if you hire them for a big project you could get screwed
