    This company completely lacks any respect for the people in general. They are rude, vulgar, and ill-mannered. We had a vehicle stolen in the ************** last Thursday. That evening of that day the vehicle ended ** in DeFalcos tow yard in Chatham, **. We called the tow yard to simply verify the vehicle being in their possession. We were rudely declined any help by someone named ***** (I might be mistaken with the name). So we had to call Chatham PD to verify the vehicles location as it was still considered stolen. DeFalcos yard complied with ******************* and verified that they are in possession of the vehicle. Once it was found out that ******** Police initiated towing, and we were able to obtain proper release this Monday, we placed a call to the yard to verify proper procedure for the vehicle pick **. In a courteous manner we simply asked for the necessary paperwork and information on the payment. We were told that the yard does not accept payments via check for impounded cars. We politely explained that we are victims of the theft, and the vehicle was recovered by the police. We offered payment via check or **************** card for business and not **** card as requested by the yard. In return we faced vulgar explanation that I quote I do whatever I want and I make rules how I want payment received and that I quote I towed it and that means it is an impound for me . We did not argue for a second, and simply complied and sent a worker to pick up the vehicle and paid by **** card as requested. We understand that we had no choice but to deal with DeFalcos Yard as it was ************ choice for towing, and we understand that in the future nobody will have a choice either. So this is merely us expressing our disgust with yards managers behavior, and exposing his (and probably companys as a whole) attitude to the people, while we also hope this may attract ************ and AAA attention and helps them make better choices on their choice of vendors.

    Worse customer service, rude and unprofessional driver I had encountered. I needed service to have my ***** towed from summit to ******* .I was parked in a parking garage with low clearance so jumped started the car to meet the driver outside after 2 hrs wait for him to tell me that if I can drive my car then he cannot tow my car . After attempting explaining what was wrong with my car and him not listening I told him whatever . Then he lied to dispatch that I used cursed words thats why he refused me service . That was so low coming from a grown man lying . I then managed to safely drive the car home and requested a new tow service , I then get a call from **** stating that they will not tow my car to ***** for service bc nothing is wrong with my car but u never even look at the car for u to tell me what wrong with my car . He was so unprofessional and rude , I just dont understand whats the deal is but this experience was a complete nightmare.

    I was in a pretty bad accident on 9/14/22 in ************, **. ********* was the towing company that picked up my car. When my car was towed away my external EZPass tag was on the front bumper screwed in with two screws. I saw it and took a picture. Today, 9/16/2022 the autobody shop went to tow it to fix it and the EZPass tag is missing. I called ********* to ask if they have it somewhere. My thought was they took it off so no one would take it and they forgot to give it to the autobody shop. I wanted to pick it up and exchange it with EZPass for a new one and also I didn't want to have to pay a fee for it being lost. It was damaged in the accident so not sure it was working but wanted to change it out for a new one. The man who answered the phone was rude and right away assumed I was accusing them of stealing it. He then proceeded to ask me why I would want it since it was damaged. He was being condescending and nasty. Treated me like I was crazy and told me that when he had time he would look for it. He behaved so poorly and was so negative with me from the jump and treated me like I was a dumb person for even wanting it back. I will never do business with them again. Even if I need a tow with AAA I will ask for another company. I'm going to be reporting them to the better business bureau.
