    Had a problem with my ** and called One Hour Heating and Cooling to come out and look at it. The technician *** came and looked at it and quoted $3400 for repairs and said that the *** needed rebuilding. We respectfully said no and looked into the issue ourself. He told us that it wasnt the ** condenser outside and that the thermostat was also not the issue. But upon reading and looking up stuff online we found out that the thermostat wasnt connected to the condenser outside so it wasnt sending the signal to the unit when cold was selected. It took an hour of reading and boom my unit was pumping cold air and I was $3400 richer. These guys are a joke and god knows who else theyre ripping off on these ridiculous quotes

    When I called them two weeks ago I told them I had an oil furnace and even told them the make/model of oil furnace I had. They told me no problem they serviced oil furnaces. I mad an appt for 11/27/23 between 8-1 PM they called this morning and changed the appt to 10 -2PM ok that wasn't a problem as I was home. They finally showed up at 1:50PM and when the tech got to the basement he informed they do not work on oil furnaces and he left. The tech told me the corporate HQ is in *******. I feel the need to put an asterisk or something advising people that they do not service oil furnaces. ********************* **********, **
