"Been a member at Hand And Stone for many years maybe a year after they opened had no problems till I realized through my credit card company that they were double charging me every month, as well as they would increase it in a year $10 per month membership fee without notice I called to speak to management several times and they have not yet returned my calls so I went to corporate. Be very very weary of anything you sign with them and be very very diligent in checking your credit card because they felt since somebody elses card didnt go through and I knew that person that they could just take it out of my credit card and pay for their membership each month totally illegal, totally criminal waiting to hear back from corporate since I havent heard back from management buyer beware Some of the therapist there are amazing massage therapists and also aestheticians and facials Im not putting down or against any of the services theyre fabulous Its communication a lack of respect not getting back to a long-term loyal client and giving me the runaround and hanging up on me and not answering my calls but youre texting the person after two years that they charge my account for and letting them know that their card was declined and that they need to get the new card." ...
