This evening, I used my credit card to download and obtain my course certificate with materials for the HR ******************* module I completed and earned. I clicked on my account and ********************** charged me twice for the one time fee of $34.99 as it was written on the link in my account login ; I originally signed up for Upskillist via T-Mobile. To the Customer ************ at **********************, please reverse the duplicate charge immediately, refund me $34.99 or i will have to report it to my credit card as a fraudulent charge. I am very disappointed with your website glitches and fraud taking place, you take Double the money that I paid for my one certificate from the 1 course i completed with you. I expect to hear back from you as soon as possible. Also, your website incorrectly printed my name on my HR ******************* Certificate, with just my middle initial and NO last name! Your Upskillist system is a horrible experience so far, and I hope your department manager or supervisor will fix these two major issues on my account right away.Upskillist.com

This company goes out of their way to make it impossible to cancel. I sent them a video recording of the error I was getting while attempting to cancel my subscription before the renewal date. I asked them to cancel for me, yet it still renewed and they refuse to refund me or respond to my messages in a timely manner. I read the reviews about their bad practices before and should have avoided signing up with them. I never even used the services. Highly unethical company just trying to scam customers out of money with a subscription model.The software doesnt work properly - shows I have completed an entire course level even though I have never even logged in.Upskillist.com

I tried multiple times to cancel/request refund after trial from ******* expired and i was charged $76.01. Company uses a third party for this transaction which make it difficult at first to figure out the charge, then keeps offering extensions of a service I didn't use. This is the first time I encounter such difficulty trying to get a refund, it the product/service is not use and you request a refund in a timely manner it should be grantedUpskillist.com

I thought I was purchasing one thing and found out I was wrong. DO NOT USE this company. They just take your money and when youre not satisfied they keep your money and lie to you. I tried to get my money back many ways and for a whole month and a half, I have not had luck. I promise you God is not pleased and the stress they have given me I will be allowing my lawyer to take over from here. They dont have a real physical customer service number and they can only email you. They lied about calling and when the purchase was made I asked if I wasnt pleased with the services would I get a refund. I was lied to and told YES, but I HAVE YET TO GET IT. They stole right at $400 from me and have the audacity to tell me I can just let them call me. They allegedly called and obviously not calling. A whole month and a half of trying to be kind and understanding to get my money back and nothing. These people are scammers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!Upskillist.com

This company has lied to me countless times. They have charged me several times after I removed my card information and confirmed several times it was removed. They kept charging me so I ordered a new card and even after doing this I was still charged. $70 each time. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from me and nothing can be done about it. They claim you get a free month and can cancel anytime but they WILL get their money. DO NOT give them your information. The quality of the classes is lesser than that of many amateur Y****** videos but at least when you watch Y****** videos you’re supporting a real person as opposed to scam artists. They somehow found a way to keep charging me. They never issued a refund. They simply offered me a lifetime of unlimited access to classes which was short lived because shortly after they offered that they rebranded and now my account “doesn’t exist”.Review fromAmanda T

This company will take your money and does not issue refunds for any reason. It doesn't matter if it's fraudulent, or if they charged you incorrectly, or if you cancel your membership at any time. They will find a way to charge you, and they DO NOT give any money back. They will find any way possible to avoid giving a refund. They'll offer you "free" months of the service, instead, then charge you again after that. This is exactly the type of company that doesn't care about retaining customers, because their entire business model is centered around just getting people to sign up and charging them as much as possible before they manage to cancel. I got a free trial through T-Mobile, and I didn't recall signing up. It could've been someone else on my plan maybe, or maybe I did and just didn't remember. Either way, I never used their service. Not even to sign in. Not ONCE. On the day I was charged ($70, at Christmas time no less) my bank even flagged it as fraudulent, because I had no history established with UpSkillist. I emailed, I called, I talked to someone from a call center with an incomprehensible accent who told me my refund couldn't be approved. But they'd be happy to give me some "free" months of a service I never used and didn't want. So I did some research and turns out this is a common problem among their reviewers I've done business with a lot of companies, and this is the first that ever said, "we already got your money. Even if you never use this service again, even if it leads to bad reviews, we're NOT giving it back." This Company is a bag of d****. Do not use. Do not sign up for "free." Go anywhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.
