"When I picked up ******* after being boarded for 14 days with this place I had already paid boarding usually ******* is face front to his carrier wanting to know whats going on but he was hiding his face with his **** to the front when I finally got him to the truck and had backed up to leave he turned around and I about vomited my heart stopped and the tears I kept back until I went in there and asked what the h*** happened the two young girls looked at each other shrugged and told me he wasnt like that this morning. Im not a vet or anything but before I even rushed him to the emergency vet I could tell from the huge scab that it was at least a week old and hes the kind of cat who greets you at the door and loves everybody loves attention (he was petrified and the look in his eyes his soul was dulled took him forever to come out of his carrier and for not seeing me for 2 months (he was at another kennel but they retired and he was happy at that place) was unlike him not to come out to see me) for them not to notice is a LIE!" ...
