My mother paid money to have her records transferred from her retiring eye doctor and those records were never sent. This also happened to a friend of hers. You cannot get ahold of anyone when you call and they do not call you back.Review fromJoleen K

Spent over $100 for medical records and they sent us in an unformatted CD that is absolutely useless. I can not get a hold of an actual person there for the life of me..Review fromKristin W

This is the worst records management company. *** submitted a request to have my family records sent to me in May and still have not received them. They make you pay in advance and collect the payment but doesnt provide timely service! I have emailed multiple times and called. I dont understand why any provider would use them because they are difficult to get in contact with and at this point they arent even providing the service that was paid for. Im not sure if Ill ever receive my childrens medical records which for a mom with young kids there inability to provide timely service is effecting my childrens medical care and ability to enroll in school !!Morgan Records Management, LLC

I am a physician who retired at the end of 2022. During the process of become a customer of MRM, I was able to easily reach by email and direct phone numbers:A. A., Client Account Manager M.H., Sales Executive N.L., Logistics Coordinator. These individuals were nice, knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns, at the time they were working to get me to be a customer.I used MRM and fully paid my invoice. After 1.5 years, I had a question and needed to talk to one of the people at MRM and phones are Not answered, and all 3 of their emails are blocked (per email server). Therefore, if you are considering using this company, you need to know they will be reachable if you ever need to contact them in the future.***************************, M.D.Advanced ******************* retiredMorgan Records Management, LLC

Still waiting since since you charged my credit card on February 26. Looks like we go to a new doctor in two days with no records. Called left message no response. Sent email no response. Next step to try for a refund.Youre messing with peoples health in not providing records in a timely manner.Review fromCarol S.

Not happy with this company! My ENT office shut down last year. I paid $35.00 for my records in August 2023. I received an email with the information but was unable to access it because the original email was sent to my junk email and by then it was expired. So I called again and was assured that the information would be sent soon. Nothing received! The last time I talked to a real person was in November 2023. Again I was told it would be sent promptly. Again, nothing! I’ve made additional email requests and also left voicemails. I need to be established with a new ENT doctor. I had a tube placed in one of my ears and it needs to be checked. I’m very frustrated!Review fromMichel L

This company is absolutely the worst record management company! My doctor closed hi practice and submitted all his patients records to Morgan. I have two chronic life threatening illnesses for which my new doctor needs to see my medical records to understand the history and where we need to be with regards to treatments. I have emailed several times. called and left messages several times to no avail. Records were submitted by my Doctor shortly after November 3rd of 2023. I filed a request with Morgan records on December 13th of 2023. When it was about grabbing the $35.00 "processing" fee, boy oh boy did they make it easy but to provide the records, goodluck with that! I have been nice, I have been patient but is is VERY CLEAR that this company could not care less about you or your records. Spam folder checks, email alerts on "Morgan" has brought NOTHING. Luckily, my partner has an attorney on staff whom I am meeting with on january 15th and we will be looking into legal action against morgan records so BE WARNED that these people have no interest, no desire to provide you with the task that they are so prompt to charge you for and could not possibly care less about you or your health!! I smell negligence and since we are quickly approaching the supposed 30 days that it takes them to "process" request whatever this could possibly mean I am done with these shenanigans!!Morgan Records Management, LLC

Morgan Records gives themselves 30 business days to upload your medical records, but I have been waiting for three months. I requested and paid for them on July 17 and it's now October 12. I've checked my spam folder several times and the medical records are not there. I first called Morgan Records customer service on September 27, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a return call the next day. The rep acknowledged the payment and said she would "put an urgent" on the records request. Absolutely NOTHING has happened. I've called four more times, finally asking for a supervisor. I received one more return call and a promise that the rep would call me again the same day with an update -- she did not. SO frustrating, especially since calls made to Morgan Records go to voicemail 100% of the time.Forget terrible customer service -- this is nonexistent customer service. I understand that customer service reps have a thankless job and are not the ones in charge of providing the records, but Morgan Records has set a new low for unprofessionalism from a self-proclaimed "national leader" in their field. As far as I can tell, Morgan Records' business model seems to be: make promises, break promises, ignore customers you made the promises to -- but be sure to collect the money up front!Morgan Records Management, LLC

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. Your situation is very concerning to us, and we understand the frustration caused by the prolonged delay in obtaining your medical records. Upon reviewing your case, we acknowledge the extended wait time beyond the initially communicated 30 business days for the records. This is not reflective of the standard of service we aim to provide, and we genuinely regret any distress this has caused. We are only able to process requests when we have the records available to us to do so. Unfortunately, there are some circumstances, such as this one, where we did not have full access to your provider’s records and were unable to deliver on time. As of today, the date we received your concern from the BBB, we have confirmed that the records were delivered to you in November. If you still have not received them, please contact [email protected]. I assure you that we take your feedback seriously and understand the challenges you have faced in reaching our customer service. I truly apologize for any frustration caused by unanswered calls and unfulfilled promises. This is not the level of service we aspire to deliver, and we are taking corrective measures to enhance our communication channels and ensure a more responsive customer experience. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.Review fromDebbie H

If I could give them a zero I would. I have a chronic illness and my neurologist died unexpectedly in late Oct. 2022. I requested my records in November, paid $35 to have them sent to me. It is now Jan. 26, 2023, I have received nothing. I haven’t been able to reach them by telephone so I sent an email. Three emails later…they’re still “looking into it”. What’s to look into? Load my records onto a disc, stick it in an envelope and Mail it to me. It’s looking like I’ll have to see my new neurologist without my records. They should be ashamed, charging people then not following through.
