    Stackry are great! However, I only have one slight issue. In my last consolidated package I requested original packaging be kept (except for the box some books came in) yet, I opened the box to find it wasn’t.
    Other than that, definitely going to continue to use Stackry!

    We use Stackry for shipping collectables to Australia and we do wish a little more care was taken when stacking/packing. On several occasions we have found items unnecessarily damaged, due to a lack of care taken, this despite clear instructions given on how we would like these collectables packed and/or shipped.

    I have use Stackry for quite a few shipments now, in addition to companies in FL and TX. While there are many good things about Stackry versus the others I've used, I do have to say that I am always unsure about the weights that Stackry post for my packages, and since I'm being charged based on weight, I think that it would be a very important part of your business to confirm the actual weight of a package, and the actual weight of the consolidated packages before they leave the facility to shipping. The other guys, make sure to get that communication clear, before shipping.
    The other point is that time for consolidation is 24 to 36 longer than the other companies. Why I do not know, from my experience, it always longer.
    All of this being said, I will definitely use Stackry again, for the stuff I'm not in a hurry for, obviously.

    I do want to point out that the weights of each of your packages is available if you click the View Details button next to any incoming package, the dimensions, weight for your incoming package as well as a photo of the package itself and a close up of the label. I will send the feedback along to our dev team to make this more visible and noticeable because this is really good feedback!

    Also, in terms of consolidation times -- we strive to get consolidations finished within 24-48 hours, however there are times that the consolidations do take longer depending on a variety of things. Again, great feedback, thanks so much for pointing it out. One goal moving forward is to be able to maintain consistency in consolidation wait times :)
