  ALWAYS TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE **** BEFORE YOU BRING IT BACK! These employees are ****, UNPROFESSIONAL AND its DISGUSTING The way they treat their customers.On September 18, 2024 I returned a ****** Tacoma back to this location in MINT CONDITION. I paid what was owed to them on that Friday. (I have the receipt)Fast forward, September 27, 2024 (9 DAYS AFTER I RETURNED THE VEHICLE). I received an alert from my credit card company telling me that these people went and ran my card for $500.I disputed the $500 with my credit card company because these people were paid what they were owed at the time of the return. My credit card company advised me that the additional $500 charge according to budget rental car management was a flat tire charge. I filled the gas tank up at the gas station up the street from the location and before I drove off I made sure I took pictures and videos of the unit prior to drop off because After reading the reviews on yelp I knew I had to cover myself.I am so grateful that I took the pictures and videos with the time and date on them to ensure that my dispute returns in my favor. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Cover yourself every time! They do shady business, companies like this should not be allowed to be open to the public. There should never be a reason why you fraudulently charge customers!I even called ********************** corporate and they said they had no affiliation with this location.Thats a red flag when company pretends to be part of a corporation that they have no involvement with. The management should be fired immediately. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT BUDGET!I cant even begin to describe how disgusting and how low it is to Try to do your customers dirty financially. Is your company THAT down bad on money?These people should be fired. This location should be shut down.The fraud that goes into this company needs to be investigated immediately!

  **** was excellent! He came out after hours and rented me a vehicle after it brokedown on the highway! That is excellent customer service! I will always use this location in the future1

  The people are EXTREMELY RUDE! We called and the salesperson said you better be here on time, I'm not waiting!! that being saib we were 45 min. early. The fact is that it's alright you say the store will be closing at 12pm. so please do be at the last min.. I work in retail never would talk to a customer like that. When my girlfriend returned the car the salesperson/owner in front of other people turned and looked at her said you know what you did, girlfriend excuse me!! look at the windshield it had dots on it in couple of areas. He said you did that you broke the windshield I'm going to charge you. I was there at the walk through, and they were there prior. It's part of wear and tear of a rented vehicle. Yelling at her very loud in front of other customers. She was very upset, and she would never be dishonest. They are a scam the wanted the extra monies because we turned down the insurance as we already had it. There way of making a few extra bucks. Again, I work in retail and I would have been fired for this type of service. Please be aware if you go there. **
