      Without a doubt the worst travel booking experience I have ever experienced. **************** is non existent and I cannot reach anyone on the phone or via email regarding the $275 OBC I was promised. I have called over a dozen times and emailed 5 times and have received no response. I am completely disappointed in their lack of customer service. I have this documented on my cruise confirmation and the cruise line isnt able to do anything to help unfortunately.This is a business with fraudulent business practices. Stay away if you value good customer service and a business that holds up their end of the contract.

      Without a doubt the worst vacation booking experience I have ever had. When we booked, they never asked for our full name that is on our passports. Because of this, I have spent the past two days on the phone and spent hundreds of dollars attempting to fix this. When our traveling companions have tried to contact CruCon, they get nothing my voicemail and no call back. This is trulya fly-by-night organization.
      If you expect good customer service, go elsewhere.
