      Terrible customer service - was given an appointment for grooming which they cancelled because my dog is a rescue from SC and they wanted to talk to her vet there. She has a record of her necessary shots for grooming which I submitted to my vet in ** but *****, who messaged me and then with whom I spoke on the phone, was very rude. I believe she is prejudiced because my dog is a rescue. My dog is very gentle and people friendly. I do not want her or any dog to experience negativity from a grooming facility.       My dog got injured on their watch please don't take your dog their. He was their 2 hours and got serious injury I had to take him to the emergency vet.

      Hello *****,
      Your dog was in our care for his evaluation for daycare and cage free lodging. He broke a nail while playing with the other dogs. His nails were very long and beginning to grow into the pads of his paws. He broke off the nail because they were exceptionally long and it would have broken off with any energetic play. It was not due to any negligence on our part.
