    We were in desperate need of a bay window! We reached out to several window replacement companies this past Spring. All were initially interested. Universal Windows of Manchester was one of these. Then life with its surprises impacted us! Universal Windows of Manchester was the only window replacement company to recontact us during this time. We were impressed with their message: "We know life with its many surprises can impact dreams and decisions! We are very excited about the project you require completed. Just letting you know that we are here when you are ready!" So impressed were we with their message that we decided that when we were ready, we were going to call Universal Windows of Manchester. The day came in the Fall. We called Universal Windows of Manchester and they arranged an appointment within a couple days! The representative who came explained everything to us about the quality of their product and making a reasonable quote. We signed a contract to do the job that day! A few days later, we received a telephone call from the 'job site manager'. Within two days he came and took the necessary measurements as their windows are custom made! We were assured that we would have our bay window replaced before Christmas. I received a telephone call from Universal Windows of Manchester at the end of November. The caller seemed to be more excited than us that our window was in and ready for installation. We were once again assured that the job would only take 8 hours. Our bay window was professionally installed by Universal Windows of Manchester on the first Tuesday of December! The installation team arrived at 7:45am that morning and had just completed the area cleanup at precisely 3:45pm that same day! We are thrilled with our new bay window! The quality of their product is amazing! We would recommend Universal Windows of Manchester to anyone for their window replacement needs! Thank you Universal Windows of Manchester; a 'Job Well Done!"
