    I needed a rental because I had a major issue with my *** that could potentially keep me out of it for a long time. I liked that Vorenza said they accepted debit cards. ****** took the time to ask me what was happening and worked with me to fit my budget. I rented the car for two weeks because I did not know when I would get my car back at that time. I ended up returning the car after 4 days of use. ZERO return of my used time. Fees and Taxes combined I paid $464 +/- for this rental (not including deposit) for 13 days. I find it bad business to not prorate my total and refund the unused portion. For context, instead of the $30/day for the ********** Mirage I rented, I now spent about $90/day +/- for the same car. Deplorable business practice.
