    Do not rent from this company. I received a phone call ONE hour before my Bronco rental and told the vehicle was still in **. They made sure to call instead of messaging through the app so there was no trail for their scam practices. They encourage you to book off app using a random phone number not associated with their Turo account.Their agent instructed me to cancel the trip cancellation fee. I later learned **** never instructs renters to cancel for this reason - the host should cancel if the car isnt ready. DO NOT USE.
