  the worst untidy unfinished uneven toned oversprayed (screens hardware electric outlets) failed caulking ever. I get no response to fix the problems that were expressed immediately; even with complaint of pieces of repaired areas falling off.I have submitted pictures of most (90%) of the disasters to no avail. They do not support their work. They sub out to untrained people. They drop them off and let loose. They don't speak English so you csnt talk to them. They just say ya ya ya. I paid a lot of money for two coats and got one. Worst and most expensive paint job. Still pieces that were caulked left unfinished are flailing in the breeze. They substituted poorer quality materials( 8 times less expensive than what was in the contract with no adjustment in the outrageous quote. There is so much more not to mention the rudeness of the owner.

  The poor lady is suffering from some unfortunate medical condition and bad memory. The stain uses was sabots an industry standard and very high quality. The people that did the job were Brazilians and were professional painters. Of course two coats were sprayed, and back brused, the bill was around 13k ( many prices are closer  to 18k)with the house in poor condition and over a hundred years old. VERY large home with attached garage and a shed. Many boards were replaced including almost all of the exposed trim. She was happy to pay at the time(over a year ago) She has had many problems and texts add odd times like 2a.m. she forgets many things and confuses even more with things that did not happen. The home was in such bad condition before the staining that she wanted it vinyl sided. 2months after preparations for vinyl siding she changed the entire scope. We made many return visits last year. I explained her issues with bad insulation and water issues and what her remedies would be but unfortunately she does not want any advice or professional solutions. We build homes, remodel them, and  our painting contractors have painted thousands of houses and never had any complaints like this.

  They are a best constructors that have ever met for my long experience with constructors in many countries. Darren is a well organised and communicative with clients. It's looks like he always on atop of all issues!! I definitely going to use their Survice all the time in the future.

  River Construction did good work! They were here reliably every day, and completed the job on time?overall a job well done.We hope to contract with them to paint our other house soon! ***** ** ******  NH Lakes Region customers and home investors.
