- Additional Info:In March of 2017 BBB investigated Baby Golden Shop and their alternate business names, Dream Baby Shop, DoryStore.net, Dream Mart Shop, etc., after receiving complaints and customer reviews of a serious nature (non-delivery of products and failure to provide refunds). While reviewing their websites, BBB found that numerous New Hampshire addresses were listed as the business's primary location. Mail has either been returned from each of the NH addresses or legitimate businesses/residents have been located at the addresses with no connection to this company. The one, non-New Hampshire address provided was located in Nevada and is a mail forwarding company. BBB spoke to a representative at the mail forwarding company who stated that the account in question was terminated due to proof of fraud.
BBB tried to verify these businesses with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, but found there are no NH businesses listed under these business names. We attempted to reach the business at their provided telephone numbers, we found that numbers are out of service. When tracking the different registrants of these websites, they are listed as being from Canada or Panama.
The "About Us" section of this business's website states: "Born in May 2015, Bonjour Petit strives to be the place to shop for the best quality toys from US. Our flagship brand is Fisher-Price and Alex the US toy maker who has been offering the loveliest toys for more than 80 years!"
This "About Us" statement is a direct copy from a legitimate online toy retailer's website.
