    This has to be documented. I just encountered some of the worst customer service skills I've every come across. It's hard to believe that a perspective customer was treated this way. The company schedules and sets the expectation that someone will be there at 10am. Actually, to quote "Yes we can do 10:00am. We will see you then!" At 11:50am I'm calling for a status because there was no call or text or email explaining why no one had shown up yet. Nowhere in these communications does it say arrival will be between 10am to 11am, or that it may run late, even though I was argued with by ***** that this was clearly stated in a response on the BBB site. I'm sorry, where? At 11:55am ***** continues arguing with me that it's still within the time window. Right, the one that was never mentioned. The tech is on a job in **********. Even if they left at that moment arrival would be at the earliest 11:30am. If you're a small company odds are that with the lack of customer service skills demonstrated you'll stay that way. I highly recommend some professional training in what reliability and customer service is all about.
