    I have been a customer of ********************** (newer name) in ******, ** for many years. In the past few years, not only have the treatments been ineffective against mosquitos and ticks, but it has become increasingly difficult to do business with them. After contracting again for 2024, I decided to cancel my service after two treatments. Hiring and paying for a service should not come with the aggravation and stress to ensure that I receive the service that I have paid for. Mosquito Pros NH is quite agreeable and convincing before you contract with them, but soon after, the headaches begin, as does the poor service and customer service. Weather issues are understandable, but each time I received a treatment, areas were missed. Calling them to inquire only resulted in more harassment from the "manager" who is extremely argumentative, blatantly interrupts, and always puts the onus back on the customer, while never taking any responsibility. Mosquito Pros NH will gladly take your money and then come up with a variety of reasons why the poor service received was in line with company policy, when it was not. For the two treatments that I received this season prior to my cancellation, Mosquito Pros NH altered the price, and I was charged a higher (non-contract) rate, rather than the contracted rate I had agreed to, thereby considerably reducing my refund and charging me $334 for two sub-par treatments! This increased pricing was not clarified beforehand and was done arbitrarily and is further proof of their shady practices. I'm sure that Mosquito Pros NH will see this review and respond with a very detailed reply in support of their service...don't believe it! If you want to rid your yard of insects, hire a proven company that provides a good product, with excellent customer service and who values their customers and works to provide them with the service they have paid for. Definitely not Mosquito Pros NH, which is a scam.
