      My husband and I financed a camper from Blue Compass in ***********, ******* over our Christmas vacation this past December.We were trading in our Forest River for a Jayco toy hauler.The camper was brand new and a left over on their lot so we got a good deal.We were supposed to be picking up the camperand we drove to the dealership(over an hour and a half from where we were staying) to find out that none of the things were done that were supposed to be taken care of. Multiple days of our vacation were missed due to the camper not being ready, the hitch not being attached to the camper ect.We finally got our new camper for the last couple days of vacation and then drove it up to our home in NH.Somewhere in the process a hole had formed in the roof.The Florida blue compass said there was no way it happened on their time, so we had to put in a claim for the roof through our insurance, which our insurance paid out 10k to repair(fast forward to August the roof is still not repaired, but the check from the insurance was cashed long ago).As soon as we got home from our vacation with our new camper we made an appointment to drop off at the local Blue Compass.The NH Blue Compass has had our camper from January 18 2014-May 2014.A few pieces of trim were repaired but the long list of issues we had with the camper were not taken care of and we did not learn this until we took our camper on our first official trip with it end of June 2024.When we got back from our trip end of July we brought our camper to Blue Compass NH again with a longer list of repairs only for it to sit on their lot until today, August 12, approximately three weeks after being dropped off.We have had our camper that we are paying a large amount of money for a total of one trip, of which we were not able to enjoy because the refrigerator was not working properly as well as our generator, among a list of other things. They do not communicate well at all.

      We apologize for the customers experience and delay in resolution. The General Manager of the dealership confirmed that the roof has been repaired and that they are waiting for the remining parts to come in as well as the entertainment center from the warranty department.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! My husband & I bought a "Brand New" Twilight camper from them in 2022. Took it on it's first outing to our seasonal rental at well-known family campsite! Day TWO, had to call for service! Had NUMEROUS issues. RV One took the camper for repairs in November 2022. They kept the camper for the winter. Spring came and went. They repeated LIED to us, blaming the manufacturer not covering parts needed. How do we know this? We called Twilight directly. They had no record of parts/warranty requests! NONE! We had a $4,000 spring seasonal rental (April-June) at our preferred campsite... STILL NO CAMPER! NUMEROUS unreturned calls. Blame shifting between departments. Repeated LIES. All the while, we've been making payments on a brand new $70,000 camper we haven't seen or been able to use, since November of last year... plus paying for the seasonal rental that we never stepped foot on! It's now JULY, 2023! The water damage from the faulty unit has been sitting for almost a year! The ONLY thing enjoying the camper, is the MOLD that’s obviously taking up residence in it! Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY AT. ALL. COST.

      More than 4 months ago we purchased from this dealer, to date, and many emails later we are still waiting for a confirmation of cancellation of services we did not want and a refund. Xan P******* has been full of excuses as to why this hasn't been taken care of. He doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. He told us the process would take 6-8 weeks, we are still waiting for a refund of over $12,000 and still we have no answers..... Don't purchase without going through the contract thouroughly. Make sure to read all the fine prints and DON'T be fooled into thinking you need extra insurance coverages on a brand new camper.... I can't leave a 0 star review that is why they got 1 star.
