- All room cancellations are subject to a $25 fee regardless of the time-frame in which the reservation or cancellation is made. In addition any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be subject to the total charge unless they can re-rent the room so please let this company know as soon as possible if you anticipate an issue. If in the event they can re-rent the room, they will gladly refund or release the full amount minus the $25 fee.
