- Refund and Exchange Policy
- If you're not completely satisfied with your label or ribbon purchase, you can return it within 25 days of the original ship date. They will arrange your choice of refund, credit or exchange. Refunds may be subject to a re-stocking fee (generally 15% to 20%) after unused product is returned . If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from E-Labeling, please let them know. However, standard products returned require prior E-Labeling LLC approval. Items without a proper RMA number will be returned to you freight collect. Sales of all custom products are final. Returned items must be packed in the original packing carton or equivalent and software must be unopened. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer and may be cause to void a warranty claim. Please consider insuring your return package and double boxing it.
