    I cannot recommend this company!

    I signed a contract with TDH Contracting on March 4, 2025, for a roof and gutter replacement due to storm damage. After reviewing three estimates and BBB ratings, I believed I chose the best option.

    The materials were delivered on March 10, and work began on March 11. However, I was disappointed with the service. The crew didn’t replace the seals on three skylights as promised and left excessive debris around my home, showing a lack of care compared to other contractors in the neighborhood.

    On March 12, I checked my security camera at 1:10 PM and saw no one working. When I called Brook, he was surprised about the crew's absence. After contacting Justin and the main office, I learned there had been an error with the shingle order, and the crew was at another job. This left me frustrated.

    The poor communication from Justin and Brook raised major concerns. Had I not monitored the situation, my roof would have remained incomplete. This service is unacceptable, and the disrespect shown during the project was evident. My experience with TDH has been unsatisfactory, and I urge others to consider other options.

    Would not hire them gain. It was so bad i wouldnt even let them come back to fix what they messed up.they do not fulfill their contract .they send hacks meaning it seems like they get" subcontractors" from the curbside by the local home depot and send them to the job not even knowing if they have experience which became painfullyobvious very shortly after they finally showed that they did not have a clue what they were doing. All they did was manage to create a bigger problem rather that fix it. Which in turns cost more money to fix . And who can afford that.... we were so excited after reading the reviews to have a professional come and take care it worry free. The bid was ( so it seemed ) very reasonable had the work gotten done but instead the work was not completed nor was it close . And they made a few projects they were suppose to fix a mucher larger and incomplete problem. And at the end of the job he sent us a rewritten revised contract stating that we agreed upon a half done job. I would never have agreed to hire someone to not complete the job.
    Were talking dry wall repair and painting that was basis of the whole contract and they didn't even repair the drywall and left the painting to us. and thecraftsmanship was lacking to say the least .
