    I contracted Omaha Plumbing Company also known as BT Underground to supply services for my new construction. Blake Thompson installed all my plumbing and pipes for water and sewage. I have had trouble with leaks in my basement. I have sent text, emails and pictures of my leaks in my basement since Oct 2, 2023 it is now Oct 26, 2023 and I have not received any replies to my 11 attempts via text and 2 emails. I have paid him over $27,175 for his services and to not get a reply back is frustrating.

    I would not recommend Omaha Plumbing or BT Underground for any services if this is the way he deals with customers.
