    Don't get conned like me.
We had a handshake deal. No contract (that's my bad). He basically stole 12 thousand dollars from me. After REPEATED attempts from me to make it right....I even put him on a payment plan. I offered him to fix the house that he didn't start. I offered him to do 6 thousand dollars of work to pay off the 12k. NOTHING. he is a flake. Non professional. DO NOT USE HIM. I'm down 12k for this . Get a contract! I don't want to ruin a reputation but I've given this clown a million ways out. And this D-Bag is just horrible. Remember the name BLADE M*****. BLADE M*****. again I say BLADE M*****. A complete rip off. A thief. He will change his construction name. Just remember BLADE M*****. Effing Fraud. I will be on the air with KNEB. I will take an add out in the Star Herald. To prevent people getting screwed over by this guy......good luck.
