  Good morning Jason, I wanted to thank you for sending Michael Leblanc to assist me after my house was shredded by the recent hail storms. I have never worked with anybody so compassionate and kind as Michael Leblanc. He was so patient and so thorough with everything that needed to be done to process my claim. I feel very indebted to him for holding my hand after the upheaval of my home. When there is severe damage to your home it is a very emotional and confusing time. I did not understand the steps I needed to follow to make sure my house was put back to its original state since I have never filed a claim before. Fortunately, Michael came to the rescue and put everything in order so I am able to peacefully confront my upcoming repairs. I honestly have never had service as wonderful as what Michael provided to us. I will ALWAYS endorse your company with my highest recommendation and my greatest gratitude because of Michael Leblanc. Thank you again for allowing him to serve us. He saved the day! I guess amazing Customer service still exist!, Your company is the best company I have ever worked with.   Jason did all the work to get my insurance company to take of the storm damage to my house, When they came in to replace the 5 windows and the patio door was done in less than a day. The work was excellent. The all of crews were very professional for the windows and the other damage that was repaired. Thanks Jason and for your crews excellent work.   Initially I contacted Jason at Husker Window Solutions concerning new window weatherstripping because my house was hit with a wind/hail storm in December 2021, and water just poured in my basement windows. When he came out to look at the project, he found extensive hail damage that my insurance company had overlooked or ignored. He met with my insurance adjustor and got 6 new windows (3 doubles) approved on one side of my house. Unfortunately, the insurance adjustor blamed the remaining damage on a previous storm. While Jason worked my window claim, in June 2022 my house again suffered damage from a hail/wind storm. He did not hesitate to contact my insurance adjustor to get settlement on roof damage, gutters, and downspouts. He made sure the permit was in place and inspection completed. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to follow through all necessary steps for completion of my repairs. He was a God send for me and I really enjoyed working with him. If I need help in the future, he will be the first person I turn to. Thanks, Jason, for a job well done! I really appreciate it. Linda D
