Towed my car before he even left he said $100 cash only to drop the car when I was trying to find the money in the house he kept bouncing the car up and down like he was trying to pop the tires. I said we didn't have the full hundred cash so he told me it would be $150 if he brought it to his shop which only accepts cash. I went back in seeing if we might have missed a bill or two lying around the house and call my mother to see if she could bring me cash, she did say yes and she was a few blocks away. I told the towing guy I have someone coming with the rest and he said that he won't wait and expect a $250 charge now once again cash only. While we were there he kept saying we can park on our own property and hopefully we learned to park the car in the car port. For reference this car port is only built for one car, and when we told him that he said before we moved in they fit three cars in there even though that isn't possible with the room given as well as the last guy who live at our current address was a single man on his death bed and no family, there's no way he had one car at his age let alone three.

Jordan Alonzo C******* has no drivers license, driving Rapid Response Tow truck for Glen Shapiro who is listed as the business agent. If you need to know whom to sue, he would be your guy! This tow company is being allowed by the Omaha Police as they know what is going on, here, to keep towing with no valid active DOT, their driver is up on felony charges out of douglas, and Jordan is always looking around omaha to steal peoples vehicles, and not return them! Point blank even from the tornado victims homes! This business is unethical and needs closed by the omaha attorney nor the mayor will do a thing with it! If you see this tow truck company or it tows your car unethically by city code for which Jordan does not abide by, please file a police report! The police are fully aware here.

The owner isn't professional or courteous. He is an unmarked and non DOT abiding truck operator. Owner one night drove in center of lane with spot lights pointed at us wife went around. Owner/ operator than chased us for 2 miles unsafely as wife tried to speed away. When we arrived back he was waiting outside and harrased my wife further. Recorded the chase as well. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CHEAP, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND POORLY RAN COMPANY. Rather push vehicle home
